Susi Miller

Susi is Founder and Director of eLaHub, which provides comprehensive support on eLearning accessibility including meeting legal requirements. Susi’s inspirational instructional design skills and engaging and interactive resources make her the go-to expert on all things accessibility related. She’s also the author of a ground-breaking handbook on Designing Accessible Learning Content – A Practical Guide to Applying best-practice Accessibility Standards to L&D Resources (Kogan Page).
Mark Howard
Director of Health and Wellbeing, Microlink.
Mark has a wealth of experience working at a strategic leadership level in various organisational settings (Private, NHS, and Third sector). After setting up the first disability insurance claims management company, incorporating early intervention and rehabilitation services in 1992, he designed and implemented innovative condition management and vocational rehabilitation solutions. As a trustee, he led the Vocational Rehabilitation Association’s responses to Dame Carol Black’s “Working for a Healthier Tomorrow.” He gained his Masters in Workplace Health and Wellbeing from the University of Nottingham in 2008. He has been the architect of many initiatives setting up inter-disciplinary therapeutic networks and sickness absence management hubs. With Microlink, Mark looks to bridge the gaps in the way the world of work manages the health of organisations and their employee populations.
